Stockbroking Services

Mr Li Cunxin

We have arranged stockbroking services to be provided to our MADA clients by Mr Li Cunxin, a senior investment adviser with Bell Potter Securities. Li is a personal friend and the stockbroker to Caroline Poon and is known to her from her time as a dancer with the Australian Ballet.

Li is also the author of the international bestseller “Mao’s Last Dancer”.

We are fortunate that Li has agreed to act for MADA clients as he has closed his books to all new clients except for ours.

Please note that we do not receive any commission rebates from either Bell Potter Securities or Li Cunxin. This is a personal recommendation only.

Legal Services

We have arranged for quality legal services to be provided to our MADA clients by various solicitors who are expert in their chosen fields.

The areas of law we can assist clients with and which are applicable to our client base are:

  • Preparing various practice service agreements including independent doctor agreements.
  • Preparing unit holder and shareholder agreements.
  • Sales and purchases of existing businesses.
  • Wills (including testamentary trusts) and estate planning.
  • Property law including sale and purchase of residential and commercial property, transfer of property between spouses and to superannuation funds.
  • Preparing retail and commercial leasing documentation.

Finance

Through our contacts with banks and brokers we can offer MADA clients competitive rates and terms in relation to finance, whether residential, commercial or business i.e. goodwill.

For example we can organize 95% finance without mortgage insurance in some instances.
